Beyond South Africa
Our advisory, consulting, and training work is intended to lay the foundation for expansion into the rest of Africa.
About WISA
WISA was founded by attorneys, labour law and labour relations practitioners, and former Bargaining Council and CCMA Commissioners, brought together around one goal: getting workplace investigations right.
WISA is a professional services firm offering advisory, consulting, and training to organisations conducting workplace investigations. We are dedicated to promoting fair procedure fact-finding processes in investigating alleged workplace misconduct, in compliance with the Labour Relations Act and the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa.
Our objective is to standardise and professionalise the conduct of workplace investigations in South Africa, to the level of global best practice, working across both the private sector and the public service.
We see ourselves as a foremost authority and thought leader in workplace investigation. Rather than a loose collection of individual consultants, we are working to build a genuine community of practitioners: people who call themselves Workplace Investigators in South Africa, and who hold each other to the same standard.
Our advisory, consulting, and training work is intended to lay the foundation for expansion into the rest of Africa.
Our staff are trained to integrate theory and practice into each workplace's Standard Operating Procedures, regardless of its size, nature, or geography.
We deliver CPD training across government departments, SMMEs, and multinational companies alike.
We promote fair procedure as a risk management tool, contributing to the ILO Decent Work Agenda.
Four directors, one shared standard for what a proper investigation looks like.
